It doesn't! A little stringy and greasy; but cook at 300.

  • Redneck,
Free range road kill or farm raised?[p]The owner of a farm I used to hunt in Georgia could cook a possum that would convert any unbeliever. I don't know how many times I asked for his secret, but I always got the same answer; "that's a family secret."

I suggest smoking with pine chunks. Makes it have a great tar flavor. Also, if it was road kill; you'll have to filet it.
