Desert Philly here is the recipe for you 2 eggs 2Lbs of lean ground beef 1 package of 6 oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken ( any one works ) 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of barbeque sause ( sweet baby rays  I used ) mix beef stuffing mix , water , beaten eggs and 1/4 cup bbq sauce shape meat into oval  loaf in a 13x9 baking dish top meatloaf with remaining bbq sauce stuffed meat loaf sautee onion , green pepper , jalapeno pepper place in middle of loaf with cheese  cover meat  and form a loaf put plate setter in set egg for 400 cook for 1- 1 1/2 hours hope this helps .
