Vegetable Lasagna recipe Thanks to ????

I copied and pasted a Vegetable Lasagna recipe here on the site a few weeks ago and can't remember who posted it. I made it last weekend and it was fantastic!![p] I usually add the originator of the recipe when I copy and paste one into my files for future reference but missed it on this one.[p] The only thing I did different was added more spinach in place of the celery.

    Lizard Dragger, I think I posted my veggie lasagne recipe not long ago, I've shared a few recipes lately, so it's hard to keep track. I had made it often over the years in the oven, but finally got around to trying it on the egg, and it turned out great. I agree it needed more spinach. Glad you enjoyed it.
