Egginator,[p]I've never wrapped a brie in pastry but I have done wheels of brie in a small ceramic dish. A garlic clove squeezed on top covered with some slivered almonds and a pat of butter. Doesn't take long. Maybe 10 mins at 350F. Can't really remember how long I left it on. Was a while ago.[p]Very tasty. The almonds brown up nicely and the brie gets all soft and warm. Spread on crackers or slices of crusty bread. Beautiful stuff.[p]Cheers,[p]John

Thanks for all the input! This looks like a no-brainer, must do. However, it would appear that it should be served relatively soon after cooking and that will not work for me tonight. My wife's having a party and not one food item is being cooked on the egg! (arg, I know!!) I was just trying to squeeze one in before I took the boys to the game. Looks like it's not going to happen.[p]Ed
