Turkey Prep

I am picking a natural turkey day before thamnsgiving would like to have help on the time frame for the prep of the turkey. If I am getting the turkey on Wed when do I brine and when do I season bird an d how long to season I have a turkey setter I intend to use that it is just the time frame of each step that has me asking. Thank you

here's everything you need to know . ... and as far as answering your 'truss' post above... .you don't need to worry about trussing the bird up unless you want to ...i don't, i simply tuck the turkey wing tips back up underneeth the wings, but leave the legs spread open. ..
