With all the talk of Prime Rib lately I finally found the site I had buried and couldn't find until now. Interesting reading.

  • Painter,[p]Thanks for the addition information. Im doing a 5# prime at 200 degrees, indirect, seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning, Onion & Garlic Powder, & additional sea salt. First time for this and your efforts are appreciated in support of my endeavor.
