My recipe is very similar to Julie's, but I always make my own cornbread seasoned with Bell's Seasoning. Be careful of the boxed mixes as most of them are for sweet cornbread and while that's great for muffins, it's not what you want in stuffing.
Any strong opinions out there on sweet versus savory cornbread??
