Thanks Tim....GREAT Salmon recipe!!!
If you haven't tried Tim's recipe of Salmon using Char Crust Hickory Molasses...it is a must! We cooked it for friends last night and it was the best salmon we have ever tasted. After reading Tim's site, I ordered some of the Char Crust products and then we cooked the Salmon as instructed by Tim. Tim, thanks so much for the great site. As a new Egg User, it has been a huge help to us!

Crob,[p]Thanks for the flowers! Salmon is not the best meal I do since fish and I don't get along all that well. I prefer it in the "blackend style" and the Char-Crust works well for that. Glad you enjoyed it.[p]Tim
