Thanks for everyone's help this afternoon and evening. The 15 pound bird was delicously cooked in about 3.5 hours with cooking temps varying (operator error) from 325 to 400. Oops.[p]Anyway, great bird with LOTS of leftovers. One of our guests brought homemade french bread -- enough left for a turkey sammich on a cruchy baguette for lunch. [p]The egg has made me look good yet again! What a great piece of equipment.[p]Roll Tide![p]B~F
