6 lb Brisket with a 5 lbs boneless porkloin together on BGE???
Can this be done??? To what internal temperatures and what should the Dome temperature be??? How long for each??? I am a novice at ceramic smoking and probably should stick with one meat at a time. But up to now I have been very successful following this forums great recepies. Thanks for any recommendations.[p]Sher.

Sher,
Howdy amd welcome! The pork loin is lean and probably best cooked with hotter temps, and shorter times...like 350 indirect until you have 145 internal temp.[p]The brisket needs a slow cook to break down the connective tissue. The 225-250 range works best for this cut, and will need 10 hours or more to reach the optimal 185-200 internal temp.[p]The brisket rests well though. When you pull the brisket off, you can wrap in foil and stick it in a small cooler. Rest it for an hour or two while you cook your pork loin at 350. [p]Just some idears. Best of luck with your cook!
