Stuck Brisket

Put on 5 lb brisket at 8AM-fire has held at the 250 mark all day and half the night(it seems).Polder will not go above 170,believe I have seen tis post before.Suggestions?

If you are at 170 internal, the plateau is done. Crank the dome to 275-300 for the finish![p]Enjoy

Took less than 1 hour to top off at 190 @300.Thanks again-really thought it would be tommorow before turning in.
