Probably somewheres around 8 minutes for the dwell. Helps if you can judge by feel, as the time depends on how much direct heat each filet gets.[p]Enjoy them!

Watch out for overcooking those lovely baseballs of beef. I have used 2.5/2.5 /5 and come up with a nice med rare on what I can only quess to be a 1100 temp. WATCH OUT when opening after the dwell unless you want to rid yourself of all the hair on your hands, arms and lots of your facial hair!
