Just doing another turkey. Can't seem to get enough. It's smellin' miiiighty good! We're eatin' in an hour. MMMM MMMM GOOOOD!!

    Tim M, today, I used hickory chips on the coal. I had the vents open about 1/4" for a steady 250 degrees. I pulled the bird at 162 degrees internal. The turkey was stuffed with mostly apples and some orange slices. It turned out perfect. On the counter, the temp continued to rise up to 172 before slicing. It was pretty smokey, very moist. Wonderful. I tent the top of the bird with a big piece of aluminum foil very loosely sitting on top. It ended up taking about six hours total time. I can't get enough...[p]
