Does anybody have a good smoked ham ball recipe?[p]Thanks

    [p]INGREDIENTS:
    1 Lb. Ham, Smoked, Ground
    1/2 Lb. Pork, Ground
    2 Eggs, Well Beaten
    1 Cup Onion, Chopped
    1/2 Can Water Chestnuts, Chopped
    1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    *********SAUCE*********
    1 Cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
    1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
    1 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Vinegar OR
    1/4 Cup Dark Rum Reserve or Bourbon




    1 Mix all of the meatball items, roll into small ball size, Baste with sauce and bake 350°F for 45 minutes in a baking dish.
    2 Drain and dry on paper towel. Mix a second batch of sauce and place all in a crock pot to serve.


    Yield: 40 apprx.
