Half tenderloin roast suggestions?

I have a half tenderloin roast I am defrosting, cut the other half into some great steaks earlier. I'd like to cook the roast whole this time to try it and looking for suggested temps, times, etc.. I havent weighed it but I am guessing between 4 and 5 pounds like it is, trimmed and tied. I am thinking sear first, then roast at maybe 400 til Med rare but not sure? Thanks in advance.
