How to cook Turkey gizzards

My parents showed up tonight and brought with them a package of turkey gizzards. Does anyone have any ideas on cooking them? [p]Dana

    A friend simply tossed them in the drip pan about mid-way thru the cook. He seemed to like them.

    Dana:[p]The Princess likes hers spiced Cajun style and grilled till done. Grill at 350º or so.
