Forgot to put in the recipe that I used an inverted plate setter and put my Dutch oven right on top of it. Because my Dutch oven is so big, I can't fit a grate on the plate setter on my medium egg, but it seemed to work ok. I'm sure all you soup makers have your own set-up worked out. After posting the recipe for you, I had to go have another bowl of soup, even though it's 9:30 p.m. Good snack.
