[p]this was magnificent! get free range turkeys if you can, because it really makes a difference. this guy was free to frolic and bask in the ohio sunshine. a happy bird is a juicy bird!<img src=http://my.erinet.com/~pnsonr/aargh.gif>[p]indirect/plate setter/drip pan/cherry & apple chips/250 for 3 hours/butter baste/up to 300 for half hour more/pull at 160/rest/slice/YUM![p]the jerk dry rub gave the skin a perfect amount of heat turning otherwise bland tasting turkey skin into a flavorful burst of jamaican sweet!
