Pizza time

Since the plate setter was already in the egg from the practice turkey earlier in the week, I decided...how about a pizza tonigh.
And...it was my best yet. Nice thin, crispy crust. Cooked near perfection. Nice smokey taste. Very pleased. My only problem still is that I'm a pig and usually put too many toppings on a thin pie. Otherwise, excellent! And since son isn't home, there's leftovers for lunch!!

    Shelby, I know what you mean about loading up, but last night I tried moderation and you know what? That was my best pizza yet and my wife is still raving this morning about whatever I did differently to write it down because we have no leftover pizza to analyze!
