cooking demonstrations

i haven't been to an eggfest yet. i realize that lots of people will be cooking, and i am certain i will be discovering good techniques and hints throughout the day. [p]just curious though, will there be formal cooking demonstrations/tutorials? if so is there a schedule or a listing of planned events?

Nothing "formal" that I`m aware of...but the entire days is cooking demonstrations....don`t be afraid to jump in and ask anyone cooking any questions you might have....it`s all about sharing and this bunch of eggers is about as good as it gets...[p]Wess

I will be doing 2 big rings of homemade mild italian sausage...Sally is leaninig towards some kind of shrimp kabobs...I hope to be leaving myself plenty of mingle time..[p]Wess

sounds great. .. i too plan on cooking little, mingling lots. .. . if i can't get salmon from the fish pimp, i'm probably gonna load up on hanger steaks and grill them up at various times (including saving a couple for the afterparty) so's i can aimlessly wander around the site. .
