<p />This was my second spatchcocked chicken.[p]Okay not the most attractive finish, but it was juicy and tender.[p]Only one problem: we forgot to stick the remainder in the microwave, per mad max's suggestion. We did push the plate back away from the edge of the counter. It's obvious these dogs worked in the circus at one time, since it took a circus act to get to the plate.[p]Tom
