I'm thinking they might work for grilling shrimp that are too small for the grid. -RP

AZRP,[p]Look near the pans section of Wal-Mart or any place like that. I've even got the disposable ones in the grill section and they work great for that! HTH

AZRP,[p]I am lazy, cheap and hate shopping so EBAY was the way to go for me. [p]I got a 16" pizza screen for around $12.00. It has worked great for me.[p]Good luck!

Speaking of Pizza, what size pizza stones do you guys use for the large Egg. I have seen them from 12" to 15". Will not enough air circulate around the pizza if they are too big?

AZRP, Wal_Mart. In mine the rectangular(98 cents for 2)and round (98 cents for 1)are in BBQ section. They are extremely cheap. When they get kind of scrungy, high heat and scrape off as much as you can. Make sure your bride is not watching and add it to the dishwasher comes out fairly clean. Joe

AZRP,
I tried sending you an email but it keeps coming back saying there is no such email address. If you could send me an email I have a question for you. Mine is dianesew@netins.net Bucky

AZRP,[p]I buy mine at the local restaurant supply store.

AZRP,[p]I don't know if they will work for shrimp, but the local (Austin) restaurant supply house sells a 14" pizza screen for about $3.75.[p]Bevo (Colin)

Lost in Utah,
I use a 15 1/2" dia Primo. It is glazed on one side and works great on my LBGE. Just about to put it to use...[p]Mike

AZRP,
Casey had them at the store if you need to order them. I use those 99cent disposable grids from Walmart.
