HELP,
I am again trying a fish cook, not something I am good at. Have a piece of halibut 5" long, 2" wide and 1 1/2 " thick.
Will cook it on the mini at about 500°, any idea how long the first side might take???????
Any help is welcome.
Thanks, New Bob

    New Bob,
I would go 3 minutes on side one, and 5 minutes side two, or until it looks done, and is just about to start flaking. You want to do the flip carefully, and before it gets near flaking. Thus shorter on side one than side two.[p]Spray your grid with pam, and coat the fish with oil to aid in flippage. Also might help to raise the gris a tad for easier access. Let us know what happens![p]Hope it is not to late.
