Gyro Roast

<p />Here's a picture of a roast I did this weekend. A boneless leg of lamb and sirloin roast rolled together.[p]I had planned to cook it to about 155°, but it got away from me and got up to 170° internal. It wasn't shoe leather, but it wasn't as moist as I prefer.[p]Regards,
