Beans on the Egg questions

Hello all- I'm looking for a little help cooking my first pot of beans on the Egg. I will be using presoaked beans, but not canned. [p]For the set up, I'm thinking plate setter legs down with my dutch oven on that. Maybe an hour with the lid on, the next hour lid off?[p]Any help, tips, advice from bean cookers appreciated.[p]Thanks
