Tonight's Dinner (steak clouds)

Here are some pics of tonights dinner, was really tasty!! Took some steaks marinated them in wine and peppercorns for an hour, then t-rexed them. During the resting period I planked them and surrounded them with Mashed Potatoes...

during the last 5 minutes of the cook I through on a mixture of grapes, parsley, green onion roasted garlic and gorgonzola cheese

Came out really tasty the potatoes where out of this world...the steak juices, wine and cheese made it very good. Definitely a repeat will make a great winter meal.
Oh ya I through on a rack of lamb as a little side...went very nice with the veggies and steak...The little steak of on its own was for my 2 yr old daughter, quiet the egg enthusiest
