Please share with me the technique of cooking 2 steaks at the same time. 1 MEDIUM RARE AND 1 MEDIUM WELL.
can i do that?????

    Sure! Assuming that you wanted them both seared on the outside to the same degree, you would do something like this:[p]1) Sear the first side for 2 minutes
    2) Sear the second side for 2 minutes
    3) Roast them both at 400 degrees
    4) Measure their temperature with a Thermapen (see my post about the current deal from Thermoworks).
    5) Remove the Medium Rare steak when it's internal temp is appropriate, and then later, remove the Medium Well steak when it's internal temp is appropriate. [p]In theory, you would want to do something like this even if you were cooking them both the same way, because the steaks might be different thicknesses sometimes. Good luck![p]TNW
