I call it the "Triple Threat"(PICS)

I call it "Big'un's Triple Threat. Bacon wrapped pork loin stuffed with apple sausage. Juicy, great flavor, wife says that it was the best pork loin I've cooked so far(now that's saying something!). I'm sure it has been done before, I've just never seen it. I plan to these as part of my contribution to Eggfest.

Thanks. I used some Jimmy Dean Sausage mixed with some leftover stuffing I made for a lamb roast earlier this week. I then added an apple to the sausage mixture to ensure extra flavor and moisture. I was really pleased. Are you going to be at Eggfest?
