Peach Cobbler in a dutch oven

Last weekend when we were camping we stopped at a farm stand and got fresh peaches. I just pealed and sliced and half filled the Dutch oven with them. then sprinkled with cinnamon and about 1/2 cup of brown sugar and stired it well. I used bisquick and a mixed it like a short cake. just scooped the biscuits on top and kept them away from the edge so the juices could bubble up and then it cooks the dough with out burning them. about an hour at 350 and they were great.
We did baked beans in it also. it got a lot of use last weekend! Julie
