Where can I find Shishkebab recipes good for the egg?

Bajatom,
I used to do it that way for years. I have found though that by putting the kebab fixins in one of those square holey wok type thingies that I can get the same results without putting holes in everything and loozin some of my shrooms when they split. I just smoke and stir about every 15 minutes at about 275°.
