I use apple juice only, & also add it to the drip pan with a little home made rub.

This is probably like asking chips or chunks :>)[p]I do 1/3 cider vinegar to 2/3 apple juice. I like to use 100% applejuice not from concentrate.

That does sound good. Might have to try that one.

Buster Dog BBQ,[p]I am not sure it makes much difference. I'd go with 50/50 if you want to use both. I think the key is that you just get something on them to keep them from drying out. I don't know for sure but I bet that the acidity in the vinegar helps to tenderize the meat and break down the connective tissue and the sugar/flavor from the apple juice helps with appearance and flavor. Try this first and then try some other stuff. See what you like best and then stick with your favorite.[p]

33% Apple Juice
33% Apple Cider Vinager[p]
Or just 50/50 Mango/Apple juice.
