    <p />pork puller,
This is the recipe I used...I just cooket them indirect at 300 for about 45 min, then pulled the platesetter out to give them a little finish on the outside...
Char Siu - Chinese BBQ Pork
    style : Chinese
    Ingredients:
    3 lbs. Pork Tenderloin[p] Marinade:
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 cup ketchup
    red food coloring
    1 tbsp. rice wine
    2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1/4 cup sugar[p] [p]

    Preparation:

Cut pork into 2" wide strips. Marinade pork at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Place oven rack at the highest setting to hang pork strips. Bend paper clips into hooks to hang pork. Hooking each strip in the middle, hang from top rack over pan of water. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove Char Siu from oven and allow to cool. Slice and serve.[p] [p]
Char Siu is delicious served with Chinese hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds.
