It is not my fault, I e'd a couple of these posts to my wife and she emailed me back... (this will go on for days now in our house).[p]I bought my hubby a Big Green Egg.
He didn't really even have to beg.
He needed something new with which to play.
So he got it all wrapped up for Fathers Day.[p]Since then he's smoked pork and turkey and beef.
He's smoked potatoes, corn and a peach cobbler, good grief.
He thinks if it can be cooked, smoking on the Egg will taste better,
He has all the accessories from thermometers to plate setter.[p]I think it's great because I no longer need my oven.
He thinks it's the best and thanks me with lovin'.
When the kids saw the Egg they thought we were jokin.
But now they believe, "Grandpa's really smokin'!
