I am planning on doing two 5# boneless porkloins this weekend. Not finding any consistancy of direct or indirect smoking. Then with that what temp & how long do i need to allow for? Wife is wanting me to keep it simple.. But expecting both sets of in-laws & extended family over for daughters birthday. My Dad is 61 Chev here on the forum, so I have to produce a good meal also.
