My last rib cook three weeks back yielded an extra rack that I froze in a Foodsaver bag. Tonight I wrapped the rack in foil and reheated in a 350 degree Egg on my plate setter for 50 minutes. The last 10 minutes I did direct. They tasted just like the fresh cooked ones.[p]CC
