Wings and Drumsticks (PICS)

Did up a batch of wings and drumsticks last night. Tossed in a light coating of cornflour and Dizzy Dust. Let em rest in the fridge for a couple of hours to firm up the dusting. On the egg for two hours at 350F in my wing and leg rack.[p]Here is a shot of the wings going on the egg.
