Decided to try some snails on the Egg. Start with some boiled shells.[p]S-Car-Go017.jpg[p]Put some butter (mixed with garlic, shallot, parsley, salt, pepper and a dash of Brandy) into the shell, stuff the snail in...[p]S-Car-Go018.jpg[p]and cover with more butter.[p]S-Car-Go019.jpg[p]Rush out the Egg which is holding steady at 400...[p]S-Car-Go020.jpg[p]The dogs aren't real happy - "who the hell eats snail; we want meat!"[p]S-Car-Go022.jpg[p]After about ten minutes, they are ready to come off...[p]S-Car-Go029.jpg
