This event was very family friendly and it was an extra treat to see familiar faces. Thanks to all for the wonderful food and very helpful tips like - inverting the plate setter, the use of drip pans, and putting the rack in between a plate setter and baking stone.
Special thanks to the man with snickers apples and the woman with the brownies...my little redhead just adored hanging out by your grill not just because of your delicious food, but because of your warmth and friendliness.
Great inaugural event at a perfect venue. Hope to see you all again very soon!
