Well, I am late in sending thanks, but still. Last weekend we had just bought our egg and grilled for 50 with about 25 teenage boys all just starting highschool! With great advice from many, especially the Wise One, my savior, it all turned out incredibly. People were blown away by the food and even our BBQ master friend loved it! We had 9 racks of ribs, 65 pieces of chicken, four flanksteaks, an enormous platter of grilled vegetables in olive and balsamic, lemon green beans, two different salads, grilled Indian naan bread, herbed potato salad, fresh tomato salad with basil, lots of beer, and right before we served, pouring rain!!!! Moved everything inside to our thankfully very sparsely furnished living room and it was total chaos but delicious. A table full of pies for dessert and a kitchen buried in dishes were a perfect ending. We love our egg. Wish I had gotten the extra large but since we still have our old gas grill we did alright. Now I have to start grilling more so I can try all those recipes in the Big Green Egg recipe book! Anyways, THANK YOU for all your help. And for those of little faith who suggested we order pizza, well, we pulled it off this time though it was close!!
