YB,[p]Thanks for the pictures Larry. Looks like two people did a crown roast. I have never tried one but I have done a couple 3-4 bone prime rib roasts, is it similar. I think you and Rum&Jerk did them at Eggtoberfest this year. I need to try one sometime. I assume you have a recipe posted so I will have to go look for it in the recipe section.[p]Tim

Good morning Tim...I cooked two crown roast at eggtoberfest this year...Rum&Jerk and Nature Boy was kind enought to help me cut them up..Thanks guys...I will post the recipe some time today.
