Well...it was good..not something I think I would take over a good steak but it was a lot better than I expected...with regards to the bourbon dijon glaze..it was excellent, Sally even commended it..this will be something we will do again in the future, maybe not every week but definately again....BTW..we have some leftovers does anyone have a good recipe for a salmon dip...we are going to a party this weekend and would like to try to make some dip outta this stuff..otherwise it becomes lunch..LOL[p]Wess

WessB,[p]Your first try was a success! (you would eat it over a good steak ;-}). Enjoy the leftovers for lunch and start further adventures using the more basic ingredients.[p]Congratulations and welcome to the ever expanding world of taste experience.[p]Spin

Wess,
Combine the leftover salmon with cream cheese and diced green onion. This may lack in originality, it's a safe bet that makes for good eating.
Hope it works out.

Will it stay on a fish hook?? Dip that down to the bottom and wait. Hehe -- enjoy. I am not much of a fish eater either!! I bought a fish grid gizmo at a BBQ store for $4 and it closes up so you can put the fish in and close it and flip it over in the Egg so it doesn't fall apart when you flip it. I had to cut off the long handle to make it fit in but it works very well. Enjoy.[p]Tim

WessB,
The simplest recipe is to spread a little cream cheese on a Wheat Thin, top with a bit of salmon and sprinkle a little finely chopped dill on it.
