How to cook Back bacon

Just wondering I have a decent size peice of back bacon, you know the pork loin wrapped in cornmeal, already cured, How would you go about cooking it, I know I could slice it and grill it, but has anyone ever done the whole thing as one, and how did it turn out.[p]Thanks in advance[p]You guys are great.
