Spin & Natureboy can understand my posting this..being openminded and goin for it, when we were in West Virginia recently Sally`s brother made some and I took a little taste and it wasn`t bad, actually was pretty good...still don`t believe I`m saying that..anyway..got 2 pieces about 1.2# each smokin with some apple chunks no alder in the house...using the dijoun bourbon glaze and hoping for the best...wish me luck..LOL[p]Wess
