flank steak

when cooking flank steak that i have marinated for 6-8 hrs., do i sear it on both sides and shut down or just cook real slow? i do not want it crusty on the outside.

    slicktop, to be honest with you, I marinate my flanks for 24 hours, lightly score them cross grain and grill on fairly high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness...[p]I have the recipe if you would like it...[p]Mop!

    slicktop,[p]You want to do using the sear method. I think there's nothing on the steak sidee that's as tasty as a marinated flank steak. We serve it with rice pilaf...mmmm good[p]Peddler
