Turkey breast

edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
I'm looking for some guidelines to cook an 8lb turkey breast. I think I want to smoke it slow but am open to suggestions. I remember some advising more of a roasting temp around 300. Wonder if I can keep it moist at 225 and slow-smoking

<p />Dr. Seuss,[p]I did one yesterday - took a little over 2 hrs at 350 deg.[p]The link below takes you to my site where you can scroll down to select Turkey Breast. I do them often and they come out wonderfully. Foul soaks up smoke easily and using not smoking woods at all is my way but add some if you like it smokey -- use very little as it goes a long way in foul.
    Enjoy[p]Tim
