multiple butt question
Chuck

If anyone is still home, not at eggtoberfest, maybe you can answer my question. I have three 5 pound boston butts to cook for lunch on Sunday. Planning to start around 9 PM tomorrow night. About 225*, indirect over an inverted plate sitter, should be finished at noon Sunday, let sit for an hour and pull for a 1:30 lunch. This should be OK, my question is, should i try to fit them all on one level or stack one over the other two with a grid extender? Happy egging to those stuck at home like me. Maybe next year.[p]Chuck

Chuck,
same principle has got to apply as it does to all cooking in an enclosed space .... circulation of heat. whatever gives you the best spacing.
