6 LB Brisket - Cooking Time?

I have a 6 lb brisket.[p]How long should I marinade? How long should I plan to smoke?[p]This is the smallest brisket I have ever cooked..so I need som guidance.[p]Cheers,

Saucehog,[p]Marinade? What's that? IMO, you don't need to marinade that puppy...[p]In any event, marinade overnight if you want. I would pat dry with a paper towel, then rub and let it come to room temp while you are bringing your egg to 250ish.[p]Cook indirect, it should take anywhere between 1.5-2.0 hours per pound, so I would start checking the internal temperature after around 8-9 hours.[p]For more info, take a look at the RECENTLY highly resepected thirdeye blog at the link below
