After cooking up some Jerky, is it OK to just wrap up what's left and leave it out or do you need to refridgerate what's left?[p]Thanks as always, Frank

    Franco,
    I leave mine out in large Zip loc bag, but mine doesn't sit around long enough to go bad. Some use tenderquick in their marinade or brine for a safe cure and hopefully they will chime in with better info than me.
