I've cut up 5lbs. of London Broil and just put it in a marinate. Planning on cooking it tomorrow, but is 15 hours under the marinate enough?[p]Also. if I cook it at 150 to 200 how long should I cook it and should I cook it indirect or direct?[p]Thanks as always for your help. Frank

Franco, 15hrs. marinade should be fine. My last batch went 12 hrs. at 170 to 180 degreees. Indirect for me. I heaped mine on single grid and tossed and stirred every 1 1/2 hrs. Good luck

<p />Franco, 15 hours is plenty, sometimes I only marinate 3-4 and still come out with great results. I usually cook 8-10 hours indirect turing every 2 hours. My second favorite on the BGE behind Babyback ribs.
