Mmmmmmmm thanks for the reminder. I think I'll go downstairs and have a little myself. I need to figure out our new food saver too and package up the 2nd butt I cooked.[p]H

<p />dhuffjr,[p]Depending on the moisture content (like if you added any drippings etc), you should be able to:

[p][p]Place in silicone loaf pan, a tupperware, or another other vessel that will serve as a 'mold'. Heck, I put mine into an 8x8 glass pyrex, pressed it down, and let it sit in the frig. The next day I cut it into portions and Vac Sealed it. (This had very little moisture)[p]If there is too much moisture (or you added some bbq sauce), mold, then freeze overnight, in the vessel of your choice then vac seal.<img src = "http://www.txphoto.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=71&g2_serialNumber=1">[p][p]-Jeeves
